ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

- Bacherlor´s Degree in Administration or related fields

- 3 to 5 years of experience as Staffing Coordinator or similar positions

- Strong background in Recruitment Support (liason between Staffing Area and Hiring Managers)

- Advanced English (written and spoken)

Experience:

- Experience working with CRM softwares (ideal Membrain)

- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Proactive and detail-oriented

- Experience scheduling interviews and managing communications
